ADOBE THERAPY

Cannes Lions selection mofilm

The ad was shot for the mofilm competition and officially selected for the cannes Lions mofilm section. Matteo produced , edited and graded this very nice piece. for miracles pictures. The color grading has been a long process that involved the creation of  multiple power masks in order to achieve the look the director wanted. A general destauration and light balancing has requested quite a lot of incredibly precise  dynamic corrections.

STRANGE GOLD SHOES

Matteo worked on this project creating additional photography for the dance scene and edited along with the  director Shelly Love this fascinating story of ideas and creation . A final touch to enhance the emotions of each image was added by Matteo in the grading room with Shelly. 

 

Synopsis: Bella and Bob live on the slippery slope of Mount Mud. Bella is the local shoemaker and her mission is to invent the ultimate shoe, a shoe that will over come the perils of the slippery Slope. Bob on the other hand, has given up and accepts his position on the commode. Bella is also a visionary, her latest vision appears in the form of a pair of strange gold shoes. The shoes look like they have come from the past, or even the future, maybe they have been sent by the shoe God?

MATTESSONS " ITS A PRIMAL THING "

Interactive Online Campaign

Mattessons and its appointed agency TMW created a digital interactive campaign produced and directed by Rowland Jobson. Matteo prepared the shoot with the director in order to make sure all film interactions  would work accordingly to the brand and client goals. The film were edited and color graded to achieve a specific ruined street look on the overall campaign.

Interactive Drama for Shelter.co.uk

This interactive drama campaign for shelter was winner of an IVCA Clarion Award . The story of a family in terrible housing situations and their consequences.

The edit focused on recreating in the audience the uncomfortable feeling of the characters and support the cause of housing in the all country.

EMOTIONAL POLICE

Short drama

This short drama piece directed by the young talent promise  of Lithuanian cinema Lukrecija Vaupsaite was acquired and distributed after its presence at Cannes Film Festival in the short film corner and at the berlinale cloud. MAtteo and Lukrecija worked closely to explore the emotions of the characters along their journey.

The color grading accentuated different emotions adding little touches of mood colors.

GIRLLIKEME

Award Winning short film drama

Matteo edited a first rough cut of this wonderful short that managed to get the Bfi completion fund. After that Matteo gave the last soul touches to this beautiful and disturbing story of solitude and lost youth. Another time the collaboration with director Rowland Jobson has proven a winning one .
